Gay Spigelman (Israel)

Guy is responsible for the management of the PresenTense activity in Israel and has joined the organisation having served in executive roles at a number of innovative Israeli hi-tech and biotech companies including XMPie and AposTherapy. Alongside his business activities, Guy has been an active volunteer at Merchavim – the Institute for the Advancement of Shared Citizenship where he is the outgoing chairman of the board. During his time as the chairman, Merchavim’s innovating programming that helps Israeli children from all backgrounds learn about and celebrate the cultural diversity of Israel has reached over 500 schools and kindergartens.

Zvi Rubinciks

MBA, B.Sc, Zvi was born in Latvia and immigrated to Israel at the age of 5 where he grew up and obtained most of his professional education. Zvi returned to permanently reside in Latvia in 2008 due to personal and career development aspirations. Zvi is a biochemical process engineer having worked for major fortune 5oo chemical corporations in the U.S and in the Baltics where he also served as a member of the board of directors of two industrial leading corporations. Currently Zvi is leading the Energy and Utilities advisory practice at KPMG Baltics, is responsible for management consulting, regulatory economics and strategic advice to leading local and international energy and utility companies. Zvi is also a Board Member and co-founder of the Latvian Celiac Association Gluten Free Experts and was a founding member of Dzīve bez Glutēna (Life without Gluten) originally called the Latvian Association of Celiac Patients. At present, Zvi and his wife Irina are developing a social business initiative designed to introduce professional gluten free catering and food production process certification services in Latvia.

Shlomo Lifshitz (Israel)

Civil engineer, graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute. Since 2003, has been working in the field of land development (urban territory development). Is the co-owner of the Fourth Dimension Group of companies, some other companies in other fields. His development projects for the construction of a residential area, several residential houses, a shopping centre, parking lots for yachts, etc are being developed in Kiev at different stages. Before that, for 12 years he was the co-owner and headed the group of companies specialising in the import and distribution of office equipment which in the course of eight years has been the leader of this market. Besides the importing and distributing company, the group consisted of two more companies, i.e. the one managing its own retail network and the first company in Ukraine providing catalogue stationary and office supplies to offices. At the end and in the middle of the 90ies was selling the franchise to use the trademark (patented name) of his stores network. Was one of the initiators and creators, and for five years was the first president of the Ukrainian Association of Stationery Goods Suppliers which these days is uniting the basic players of this market. Has extensive experience in management, establishment of the management structures of medium-sized companies, business engineering.
